Attractive and completely independent village vineyard cottage located in the charming village of Puligny-Montrachet which is reputed for its white wine and just 15km south of the historic town of Beaune. The cottage has a its own sun terrace and balcony with garden furniture and the cottage commands beautiful views over the surrounding vineyards. The village is surrounded by woods and wine tasting can be arranged by the vintner owners. There is a riverside beach just 4km away.

End of stay cleaning is included in the rental
Electric heating

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit.
