Semi-detached 19th century character cottage located on an historic former farm fortress in the rural hamlet of Port Le Grand just 10 km from Saint Valéry Sur Somme, 10km from Abbéville, 15km from Le Crotoy and the seaside, 60km from Amiens and 85km from Arras. The cottage has its own garden and enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. The farm is named after Saint Honoré the patron saint of bakers who was born at Port Le Grand.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
