THREE BEDROOM CHARACTER SEASIDE COTTAGE

Spacious and comfortable semi-detached character farm cottage with sea views located on the owners' crop farm just 500 metres from Pors Morvan beach in the rural hamlet of Treutan La Cour 3km outside Planguenoual and 3km from the popular seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André. The cottage has its own private sun terrace with garden furniture and barbeque and shares additional enclosed lawned grounds and swings with the adjoining cottage. A footpath runs directly from the farm to the beach.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
