THREE BEDROOM SEASIDE FARM COTTAGE

Comfortable semi-detached character farm cottage located next to the owner's home in the rural hamlet of Pordic 3km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Bay of St Brieuc and 5km from St Brieuc. The cottage has its own veranda and shady garden with garden furniture, BBQ and swings.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges are included in the rental. The owners will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
