COMFORTABLE THREE BEDROOM FARM COTTAGE

Spacious and comforable semi-detached farm cottage located on a dairy farm 2km from the small village of Pommerit Le Vicomte, 7km from Guingamp and just 16km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Plouha and Bréhec. The cottage has its own private courtyard and garden with garden furniture, BBQ and swings. Guests are welcome to visit the farm and take part in activities on the farm.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges are included in the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
