Spacious and comfortable detached 19th century character cottage located in the quiet rural hamlet of Pocancy just 10km from the Côte des Blancs, 18km east of Epernay and 60km south of Reims. The cottage has its own spacious enclosed courtyard with sun terrace, wooded lawned garden, garden furniture, BBQ and games room.

Bed linen may be hired for 9 Euros per bed per week. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity and heating charges are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
