Attractive semi-detaced stone built character cottage located on the outskirts of Plovan and just 900 metres from a beautiful sandy beach at Penhors Plage on the Bay of Audierne. The cottage has been very carefully restored to retain all its authentic original features and charm, has its own private garden with garden furniture and BBQ and shares additional beautiful natural gardens of 2000 sq metres with lawns, flowers, orchards and shady nooks. The sea can be glimpsed in the gardens just 20 metres from the cottage.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity charges and heating if required are in addition to the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 160 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30 pence) per adult per day.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
