COMFORTABLE THREE BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE

Comfortable and spacious stone built semi-detached character cottage located in the small village of Plorec sur Arguenon just 800 metres from Lake Arguenon, 9km from Plancoet and only 18km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Emerald coast. The cottage is tastefully furnished and decorated and has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares enclosed lawned gardens with swings. There are two other gîtes on site.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
