Comfortable and charming detached character farm cottage located 10km from the village of Ploerdut near the beautiful forest of Pontcalleck and the Scorff Valley. The cottage is located in the shade of an oak tree on the edge of the owner's poultry farm 30km from Pontivy, 45km from Lorient on the Bay of Biscay, 70km from Carnac and 134km from Saint Malo. The cottage has its own sun terrace and garden with garden furniture, BBQ, swings and sand pit.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56km of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
