Comfortable and tastefully furnished semi-detached character cottage located on the owner's farm just 1km from the village of Pleboulle, 3km from Matignon and 4km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The cottage has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares wooded, lawned gardens and swings with the adjoining cottage. Saint Cast is 11km, Erquy 13km and Saint Malo 35km from the property.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
