Comfortable semi-detached cottage located in the Pinchinats Valley next to the owner's home and commanding beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The cottage has its own sun terrace and private garden with garden furniture and BBQ and there is a shared 11x5 swimming pool open 9.00-11.30 am and 2.30-4.00pm. The property is only 4km from Aix En Provence and 40km from the coast.

FIRST FLOOR

Double bedroom with king sized bed

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owners on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
