CHARMING ONE BEDROOMED CHARANTAISE COTTAGE WITH POOL

Restored stone charantaise character cottage with 8x4 swimming pool shared with the owner located in the small village of Pérignac near Cognac. The cottage is very tastefully furnished with open stonework and a superb traditional stone fireplace. There is a gourmet restaurant and a family restaurant in the village and shops within walking distance. Cognac, Pons and Angoulême are all within very easy reach.
The French owners live next door and are always available to welcome guests
ACCOMMODATION
GROUND FLOOR
Comfortable lounge with rustic style dining table and chairs, settee, easy chairs and TV
Well equipped American style kitchenette with microwave, fridge, small oven, two ringed gas hob, grill and coffee maker
Bed linen hire is available
FIRST FLOOR
Mezzanine bedroom with double bed and bunk beds
Shower room with shower, washbasin, bidet and wc
Washing machine
Guests may hire bed linen and towels for 18 Euros per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. All utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. A cleaning service is available for 24 Euros for three hours. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 230 Euros on arrival.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit.
