The villa has an extensive private garden with sun terrace, balcony, garden furniture, BBQ and swings. Tréguier is 8km, Perros Guirec 18km, Paimpol 20km and Saint Malo 130km from the property.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
