Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
