Spacious and comfortable detached farm cottage located on the owners' dairy farm 1km from the village of Saint Pazanne and just 3km from Le Planète Sauvage Safari Park, 20km from the coast, 25km from Nantes and 30km from Pornic. The cottage has its own enclosed garden of 300 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. The children are welcome to visit the owners' farm to see the animals and "help" with the milking.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating, if required, will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
