Semi-detached farm cottage located next to the owner's home near the quiet village of Oroux just 15km from the mediaeval town of Parthenay and 65km from the Marais Poitevin - a beautiful nature reserved intertwined with waterways and a haven for wildlife. The cottage has its own enclosed garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
