RURAL HOLIDAY COTTAGE WITH POOL

The larger of two beautifully appointed recently restored farm cottages dating from the 18th century located in the heart of the countryside in Ste Gemme La Plaine only 25km from La Tranche sur Mer and the seaside in the Littoral region. The cottages share a fenced private pool and extensive grounds with swings, badminton and a boules court on site. There is also a games room with table football and table tennis and boat rides on the river which winds the countryside be arranged. The farm is located on the edge of the beautiful nature reserve of the Marais Poitevin which is intertwined with waterways and is a haven for wildlife. Luçon with local shops and facilities is only 5km from the cottages and La Rochelle is only 40km away.

The cottage is on the edge of the beautiful nature reserve of the Marais Poitevin
Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 230 Euros per cottage is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
