FOUR BEDROOM DETACHED COUNTRY COTTAGE

Detached character cottage located in peaceful countryside in the rural hamlet of Nouans Les Fontaines between the Indre and Cher rivers and just 45km south of Amboise and the River Loire. The cottage has its own extensive private grounds with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swings.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, end of stay cleaning and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
