COMFORTABLE FARM COTTAGE AT THE EDGE OF THE ST AMAND FOREST

The smallest of three comfortable country cottages located on a dairy farm in the hamlet of Nivelle only 900 metres from the edge of the beautiful forest of St Amand in the St Amand regional park near the Belgian border. Each cottage has its own patio area with garden furniture and BBQ and the three cottages share an enclosed lawned garden with swings.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity and water charges are in addition to the rental and will be collected at the end of the holiday. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros per cottage on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
