TWO SEMI-DETACHED 2 BEDROOM FARM COTTAGES WITH HEATED POOL
Each Cottage Sleeps 4
Two recently renovated semi-detached farm cottages located on a working farm in the heart of the country at Nieul Le Dolent in the Littoral region. Each cottage has its own private garden with garden furniture and BBQ and there is a laundry/utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer which is shared with cottage next door. The owner has facilities for four Chambres d'Hôtes and a small camping site for tents and caravans. There is a large shared heated pool - 12x6m - and a games room with table tennis, billiards and table football and a children's playground. There is also a small fishing lake just 300m from the cottage. Nieul Le Dolent is less than 20km (12 miles) from the sandy beaches of the Vendée coast.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels with you. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The rental includes all charges except for heating. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros for each cottage is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
