COMFORTABLE 3 BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE

Very comfortable and spacious semi-detached character cottage overlooking the surrounding countryside located on the outskirts of the attractive little fortress town of Mouzon on the River Meuse and just 17km from Sedan, 20km from the border with Belgium and 40km from Charleville Mézières. The cottage has its own enclosed lawned garden of 500 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, table tennis, bicycles, swings and garage and there is a 1000 sq metre fishing lake on site just 200 metres from the cottage.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
