Detached stone built character cottage dating from 1810 located in the heart of the countryside 2km from the village of Mortrée, 3km from Ecouves Forest and the Vrigny Lakes, 10km from Argenton and 20km from Alençon. The cottage is surrounded by extensive grounds of 9000 sq metres with River Thouanne flowing around the edge and has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
