Superbly located restored water mill dating from 1810 located on the banks of the River Thouanne in the heart of the countryside just 2km from the village of Mortree and 10km from Argentan. The cottage has its own extensive grounds with garden furniture and BBQ, is surrounded by orchards and is only 2km from the Ecouves Forest and the Vrigny Lakes.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
