Beautiful detached stone character cottage located only 900 metres from the sea and situated in the rural hamlet of Morieux just 10km from Val André on the beautiful Emerald Coast. The property has an extensive enclosed garden of 2000 sq metres and has sea views.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating is charged at cost. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per person per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
