THREE BEDROOM VILLAGE CHARACTER VILLAGE WITH POOL
Sleeps 6/7
Comfortable detached character cottage located in the grounds of a 19th century water mill in Montrésor one of the most beautiful villages in France. The cottage has its own private garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ and shares additional grounds of one hectare and a secure swimming pool. The owners live on site and offer four Chambres d'Hôtes in their home.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
