The cottage has its own enclosed garden of 500 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. The property is just 4km from Crouy Sur Ourcq, 55km from Eurodisney and 80km from Reims and Epernay.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
