Attractive and very tastefully renovated county gîte located in peaceful surroundings 1km from the small village of Montigny Lengrain, 5km from the River Aisne, 22km from Soissons and 53km from Château Thiérry. The gîte comprises two cottages, a barn and a smaller cottage which was originally the carpenter's house. The cottages are linked by a sun terrace and are surrounded by extensive grounds with a stream on site.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
