TRADITIONAL 2 BEDROOM VINEYARD COTTAGE

Comfortable semi-detached traditional character vineyard cottage located in the rural hamlet of Montgueux just 7km from Troyes, 47km from the Forest of Orient lakes and Nature Park and 70km from Nigoland Theme and Adventure Park. The cottage is surrounding by extensive wooded parkland shared with the adjoining cottage and has its own private courtyard and sun terrace with garden furniture. The owners can arrange visits to their champagne vineyards and wine cellars. There are two other cottages on site.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 152 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating, linen and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
