Semi-detached farm cottage divided into two completely independent gîtes situated in a vineyard near a small lake in Monteaux. Wine is sold on site!! Fishing can be arranged in the lake. Monteaux is in the Loire Valley itself about 2/3km north of the banks of the Loire and mid-way between Blois and Tours.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
