Spacious semi-detached cottage located on the owners' country estate in Mons En Laonnois just 9km from Laon, 31km from Soissons, 68km from Reims and 155km from Paris. The cottage has its own private garden with garden furniture and BBQ and is surrounded by 20 hectares of wooded parkland with picnic corners and extensive fishing lakes on site just 300 metres from the cottage. There is also a rowing boat for guests.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating, if required, will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
