SEMI-DETACHED CHARACTER FARM COTTAGE

Comfortable and spacious 18th century character cottage located in the heart of the countryside near the Château de Noiré just 7km from the River Vienne, 17km from the historic little town of Richlieu, 32km from Chinon, 57km from Tours and 60km from Saumur. The cottage is surrounded by extensive shared grounds and shares an enclosed courtyard and garden with its own south facing sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
