Comfortable and historic character cottage dating from the 12th century situated only 400 metres from the banks of the River Viene in the ancient village of Sazilly in the beautiful Pays de Chinon. The cottage is surrounded by its own beautiful walled garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Chinon is only 7km from Sazilly and the Chinon Forest is nearby.

Guests may hire bed linen for 8 Euros per bed per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Central heating is available for 4/8 Euros per day according to season. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
