Attractive and spacious semi-detached character farm cottage tastefully furnished and decorated in pastel shades located in the village of Monchecourt 30km from Valenciennes, 35km from the Belgian border, 37km from Cambrai and 43km from Lille. The cottage has its own enclosed courtyard and sun terrace with garden furniture, BBQ, swing and additional shared grounds of four hectares. There are three other cottages on site.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
