DETACHED COUNTRY COTTAGE

Detached single storey country cottage located near the village of Millay 10km south of Larochemillay, 22km south of Mont Beuvray and 36km west of Autun. The cottage has its own enclosed grounds with garden furniture and BBQ and is only 1km from the River Arroux.

Sorry No Pets
The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and firewood are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
