PRETTY ONE BEDROOM FARM COTTAGE

Simply furnished little cottage located on a farm in the village of Campigneulles Les Petites only 1.5km from Montreuil with its citadel and ramparts and less than 15km from Le Touquet and the coast. The cottage has its own small garden with garden furniture and BBQ. The owner lives on site and is available to make guests welcome.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any aditional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 75 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
