Very attractive farm cottage located next to the owners' farmhouse in Vernegués near the Luberon Regional Park. The cottage is only 8km from Salon De Provence the birthplace of Nostradamus and 30km from Aix En Provence and has its own private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. There is a second holiday cottage on site. The owner lives nearby and is on hand to make guests welcome.

FIRST FLOOR

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is charged at 25 Euros per week. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
