DETACHED SINGLE STOREY VILLAGE COTTAGE

Spacious detached single storey village cottage located in the rural hamlet of Merck Saint Liévin (512 inhabitants) on the River Au 5km from Fauquembergues, 20km from St Omer, 32km from Hesdin, 41km from Boulogne Sur Mer and the seaside, 45km from Hardelot Plage and 52km from Calais. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and garage. The village dates from the 7th century and its church dates from the 16th century.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week are included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
