Attractive detached character cottage with veranda commanding beautiful views over the surrounding countryside located near the owners' home in the heart of the countryside 1.5km from the rural hamlet of Mercin et Vaux and within easy driving distance of Champagne, 2km from the River Aisne, 4km from Soissons, 36km from Compiène and 63km from Reims. The cottage has its own private unfenced garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Bed linen, towels and utility charges, except for gas central heating, are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
