Comfortable and spacious detached vineyard cottage located 500 metres from the River Somme-Soude and 2km from the village of Voipreux at the heart of the Côte des Blancs and just 20km from Epernay, 30km from Châlons and 50km from Reims. The cottage is surrounded by peaceful, lush countryside and has its own beautiful garden with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swings.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption, heating and firewood will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
