Detached renovated single storey farm cottage located 6km from the small town of Secondigny in the Pays de Gâtine region of Deux Sèvres just 20km east of Parthenay and an hour from the coast. The property has its own extensive unfenced garden of 2500 sq metres with garden furniture, BBQ, swings and boules court and there are further grounds of one hectare with two fishing lakes.

The rental includes the first 56 kw of electricity per week. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 80 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
