VINEYARD CHARACTER COTTAGE

Very comfortable and well-maintained semi-detached Beaujolaise stone character cottage in very peaceful surroundings located in Anse in the heart of the Beaujolais Viticole region of the Rhône-Alpes just 25km from Lyon. Wine is available on site. A short flight of steps leading to the front door. There is one other cottage on site.

Well Behaved Pets Welcome
The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 65 cents per day for everyone aged 13 and over.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
N.B. In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the gîte clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
