The smallest of three very comfortable farm cottages located in Pont St Martin. The cottages date from the end of the 17th century and are grouped around a large paved courtyard with an ornamental pond and fountain. There are extensive grounds surrounding the cottages including a heated swimming pool, fishing lake, badminton, swings, football area and games room with table football and table tennis. The owners offer themed fishing and golfing holidays with instruction if required. Pornic and the coast is only 45km away. The cottage has been specially adapted to welcome handicapped guests.
