Attractive detached character cottage overlooking a well stocked fishing lake and located on a 40 hectare country estate near Saint Germer De Fly just 27km from Beauvais, 27km from Lyons La Forêt and 70km from Paris. The cottage is surrounded by extensive grounds with horses, sheep, donkeys, goats, geese and ducks on site and has its own garden furniture and BBQ and there is a rowing boat and bicycles for guests. The owner lives on site and there is one other three bedroom cottage and two small gypsy style caravans sleeping two and three people.

Bed linen and utility charges are included in the rental. Guests may hire or bring their own towels. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for towels and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
