Charming semi-detached 17th century character cottage renovated to the highest standards and located on the owners' farm 2.5km outside the village of Malansac and only 25km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan. The cottage has its own enclosed garden and terrace with garden furniture, BBQ and boules court. The Moulin Neuf water sports centre is only 1.5km from the property and Caden with its golf course and Tropical Park is 5km away.

N B Guests will need to bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 310 Euros on arrival and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
