Spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished semi-detached character cottage located next to the owners' home in the quiet village of St Juvat 2km from the River Rance, 3km from Bétineuc Leisure Lake, 12km from Dinan, 35km from Dinard and the seaside, 35km from St Malo and 45km from Rennes. The cottage has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares extensive wooded grounds with swings and a former cider press with the owners.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges are included in the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
