Detached seaside villa located 300 metres outside the quiet hamlet of Mahalon between Douarnenez and Audierne 6km from Plouhinec and only 8km from the seaside. The villa has its own garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. Gas, electricity and water charges are in addition to the rental and are charged at 23 Euros per week. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros on arrival and there is a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30 pence) per adult per day.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
