Very spacious and welcoming renovated farm cottage dating from 1920 located in the small hamlet of Magny La Campagne (466 inhabitants) just 25km from Caen in the Pays d'Auge region of Calvados. The cottage has its own enclosed well-kept lawned garden of 8300 sq metres and is only 28km from Cabourg and the seaside.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional comsumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a cleaning charge will be deducted from your security deposit
