Comfortable semi-detached farm property located next to another holiday home on the outskirts of the rural village of Lorignac only 20km from the warm sandy beaches of the Charente coast. The property is surrounded by its own unfenced grounds with swings, garden furniture and BBQ. Pons and Jonzac are 20km away.

The rental includes the first 56kw of electricity per week. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Wood can be bought for the fire. Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests may hire towels or bring their own towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day. Cleaning can be arranged for 14 Euros per hour.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, end of stay cleaning and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
