Semi-detached cottage surrounded by peaceful countryside with beautiful views of Mount Saint Victoire located next to the owners' home near the village of Puyricard only 5km north of Aix En Provence. The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a 9x5 swimming pool shared with the owners. Salon de Provence is 45km west of the property.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owners on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
