One of a small group of 25 detached and semi-detached holiday gîtes beautifully located in the valley of the River Couze right on the banks of Lake Causse with a lakeside beach just outside the village of Lissac sur Couze on the Limousin/Périgord/Quercy border. The gîtes are surrounded by 100 hectares of grounds with swimming pool, tennis, swimming lake and water sports on site. Brive is 12km and Périgueux is 90 km from the village.

FIRST FLOOR

Bed linen may be hired or guests may bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.60 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
